I'm a fully qualified Yoga Teacher. & Pilates instructor I teach Dynamic (Ashtanga based) Yoga, Gentle Hatha Yoga and deep tissue stretch) Yin Yoga. I've always enjoyed exercising in an holistic manner. I've been teaching Yoga & Pilates for several years now.
