Each class is carefully tailored to the individual students' needs, by analysing the levels at which they are working at, grouping students appropriately in order and assigning them exercises relevant to their level.

Fybre Fitness Hub are a cosy and bijou gym hidden in a courtyard just off the hustle and bustle of Northcote Road in Battersea. We have a range of equipment including a large selection of free weights, cable machines, cardio machines, a wattbike and a power plate. Upstairs in our beautiful studio we offer classes for those who prefer a group workout, including Pilates, Yoga, Booty Barre, Boxing to name a few as well as convenient half hour high intensity classes.
Explore exercises which will focus on your posture, core stability, body alignment and flexibility. This class blends elements of Yoga, Pilates and body conditioning to build a challenging holistic workout. There is no jumping or bouncing around, all the exercises will be performed in your own time to challenge you throughout the class.
