Cath is a certified and experienced Iyengar® yoga teacher (Intermediate Junior 3 level) and a fully-qualified massage therapist, reflexologist and Reiki master. She has been self-employed in the complementary therapies field since 2002.
In these weekly class, Amanda explores breath, mindful movement and meditation as a way to access this still point, this wellspring of peace and equilibrium... the place where yoga becomes something we feel rather than do, the place where everything that was fragmented heals and we become whole again.
James Carolan Yoga helps you feel calmer, healthier and happier through practicing yoga. They offer a small, personalized classes with a maximum of 10 people, that will be adaptable for all fitness levels & age groups.
Yoga began as something Sam did for her body, to tone, to stretch, to strengthen, but there was something else too. she felt clearer in my mind, more thoughtful and aware and appreciative of her life. Yoga inspired Sam to open her heart and her mind and gave her the self belief to explore further and train as a yoga teacher. As a teacher she aims to share the joy of yoga and all the wonderful benefits of the practice.
Yoga-Yoga offers regular weekly Yoga classes, workshops, Yoga retreats and holidays. We are also a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance UK and offer teacher training at both Foundation and Advanced levels, together with a comprehensive CPD and mentoring programme for Yoga teachers.
