Stockport's first pop up Ashram - every Friday from 5:30pm From 6pm, the Hatha yoga class starts off gently to unwind after a hard week at work, and gets stronger as the class progresses; each week we look at a different peak posture and move through a variety of shapes which encourage the body to open up. There is often a mindfulness meditation practice before the final relaxation, which allows the mind to relax. A great way to start the weekend! It's a popular class so please book early (one month in advance at the moment).

Kundalini Yoga classes of this tradition (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) are not only the most standardised in the world in terms of structure, but also in terms of certification. We are all KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) certified teachers. In addition to our qualifications as Yoga teachers we have diverse backgrounds in counselling, massage and holistic therapies, photography, hypnotherapy, management, organisational research, and more. The individual teachers bring in their experience from all these backgrounds to enrich their yoga classes and to enhance your experience.
Yoga Yourself runs classes throughout the week, including Saturday morning, for beginners, intermediate and more advanced students. Our modern refurbished studio located on the first floor has plenty of space for practicing yoga and can easily accommodate students on a drop-in basis. Outside there is a large car park.
