Sarah has been practising yoga for several years. In 2014 she travelled to the world’s capital of yoga in Rishikesh, north of India, where she was introduced to a whole new dimension of yoga, including Pranayama, Yogic Purification, Mantra Chanting, and Meditation. She experimented with several different yoga styles, before finding Power Vinyasa Yoga - her favourite practice.
I have been practicing yoga, reiki and meditation since 2000 in the UK, Thailand & India. I am a qualified yoga teacher using many styles of yoga. I mainly use Vinyasa Flow in my classes as I enjoy the freedom and fluidity of moves between mind body and breath. Since practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis I have found an inner peace and contentment deep within myself.
Lolly Stirk's Yoga in Pregnancy classes have been developed over 35 years. Thousands of women have passed through her classes and found them beneficial. Above all Lolly encourages an open minded approach. During tea time at the beginning of the class, Lolly creates a forum for women to meet up, discuss birth and baby related subjects. Guided by the experience and expertise of the teach will enable you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth. Following the discussion the mindful yoga practised is perfectly tailored for pregnancy. Simple postures and movements release tension, create strength and lead to deep relaxation breathing, essential to life and birth, is the core of their classes.
