Kettlebells classes are great for toning, burning fat and building strength and endurance. The are also fantastic tool to improve your core and overall fitness. In our beginner classes we use range of weights during the class but generally you will not be asked to lift more than 12kg (25lb) in weight. As this is beginner level class, you will be taken through the correct technique and guided throughout the 45min class. The classes are small group based with maximum 12 participants. Booking strictly required. Come and join my friendly group. Don't worry if you have never done this type of class before. In our intermediate/ advanced level class, you should be expected to know how to swing, snatch, clean and jerk the bells. We use range of weights during the class ranging from 8 kg (17lb) to 20kg (44lb) You will be taken through the correct technique and guided throughout the 45min class. The classes are small group based with maximum 12 participants.
Mummy and Me Fitness with Katrina Blake offers a class to busy mums that do not find the time to exercise. This class enables mums to exercise with their babies/ toddlers to keep fit, keep healthy and at the same time bond with their little ones.
