I run a bespoke, friendly Pilates studio in Wapping. I deliver tailored exercises programs for rehabilitation purposes, exercising safely and re-educating movement patterns where people have gotten into trouble with their bodies. Trained to a high standard I run the mens Pilates program at the Royal Ballet School, Pilates for Ballet at Trinity Laban dance school and have worked previously for clinics including Pure Sports Medicine & Alan Herdman. I always look forward to welcoming a new client and devising a plan to help optimise health and movement!

I've been practicing Pilates and yoga for 10 years and like many people it was recommended to me by a physio to manage lower back pain and build strong postural muscles to support my spine. I love movement and very rarely do I sit still so a stressful desk job in technology was no longer for me. It just made sense to transition into a Pilates teacher and help others develop a sense of body awareness and build strength from the inside out. I love the precision, control and mind-body connection of the Pilates method and how after only 5 sessions you can notice a difference. In my classes I focus on the quality of movement over quantity of repetitions. I make sure the breath is kept strong and steady and each movement is properly aligned. This approach leads to maximum results. And you're bound to feel epic after each class!
