We all know we need to exercise more but finding the time and motivation can be hard. I am a fully qualified fitness professional, with over six years ‘experience in teaching all forms of exercise classes, in the Stroud area. Qualifications include exercise to music, zumba, basic and intermediate pilates, pre and postnatal exercise, level 2 and 3 in anatomy and physiology, yoga basics, nutritional and weight management and Exercise referral.
We at Gfitness believe in exercise for everyone. Since 2008 we have been working with people of all ability levels to promote health and wellbeing across the UK. Most of our work is within care homes with older adults, however our team of instructors are also working for people with learning and physical disabilities. In addition we also can provide personal training services and exercise classes in the community.

Michelle Coveney is a registered Level 2 REPs instructor and UKA licenced Coach in Running Fitness based in Sutton Benger, Wiltshire. Michelle has a passion for all things running and fitness and loves helping others; whether it is to achieve their potential as an athlete or just feel more energised from exercising.
Transition Personal Training boasts a fully equipped gym including a variety of Cardio equipment, free weights, kettlebells & boxing kit combined with some more unconventional equipment such as tyres, weighted sleds, farmers walks & battle ropes. The gym has its own parking & shower facilities.
