Each week there is a different creative sequence so that no practice is ever the same, but with enough repetition to allow you to begin to build a sustainable practice. Rosemarie is a long time Yogi having done her first teacher training in 1999. She has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are creative, holistic, grounded and with a contemporary twist due to her eclectic playlist!
