My name is Sue Jackson and I live just outside Bath, in the village of Timsbury. I have been a dedicated sportswoman all my life and have always had an interest in fitness . I have played lacrosse, netball, volleyball, tennis and squash for various teams over the years and am a keen golfer and walker having 2 exercise hungry dogs. I have attended many gyms over the years mostly in Bath but decided to complete my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training exams so that I could pass on my passion for fitness to others and base my gym in the villages to provide a service to people outside of the city. Sarah King and Oba Noakes are two of my fab trainers here and they are keen sportswoman in their own right. they are also a Level 2 and level 3 and level 4 personal trainers, as well as yoga and sports massage and takes many of our classes here at Balance. Our other members of the team are Kara Herbert for Yoga and Mairi Connelly and Alice Hayles for Pilates. They are all highly qualified in their fields.
Clubbercise® is a simple, fun dance fitness class, using glow sticks, to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re exercising regularly but looking for something different!

This is a very friendly and welcoming bootcamp class with all the equipment supplied. On offer we have kettlebells, weights, boxing pads and gloves, sandbags, battleropes, and much more you keep you motivated and interested! Each session is different and lasts 45 minutes. You will see huge improvements in your strength, muscle tone, lose weight and burn fat all while making new friends! We look forward to seeing you in Timsbury!
