Yoga i-D works from the principles of Hatha Yoga, intelligently sequencing Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing Practices) and Relaxation, that connects the physical body and the mind. Lucy is a British Wheel of Yoga Trained Teacher, having been practicing Yoga for over 14 years. She continues to study, advance and attune her Yoga with her own rhythm in the Art of Living, and loves teaching newcomers.
Rebecca teaches Vinyasa Yoga classes. She modifies traditional yoga practices to suit the modern ‘Western’ body, using techniques that activate innate bio-mechanical intelligence to help protect the joints and develop a safe practice. The classes are dynamic, building strength and flexibility while releasing tension from the body. The classes are open to all abilities: variations will be given for beginners and more advanced students.
Suzi is a friendly and adaptable teacher who can help you find what you are looking for through yoga. Most of Suzi's Teaching in the Hatha Yoga tradition developed by Krishnamacharya, known as Viniyoga.
