Yoga with Rebecca

Why Sweat here?

Rebecca teaches Vinyasa Yoga classes. She modifies traditional yoga practices to suit the modern ‘Western’ body, using techniques that activate innate bio-mechanical intelligence to help protect the joints and develop a safe practice. The classes are dynamic, building strength and flexibility while releasing tension from the body. The classes are open to all abilities: variations will be given for beginners and more advanced students.
