Tennis FIT is a great workout that combines brilliant Tennis Coaching with varied Fitness Exercises. The two coaches were incredibly friendly, one a trained PT and the other a Semi–Professional Tennis Player.
Based on a Tennis Court, these mini circuits alternated between Forehand Feeds, Backhand Feeds, Fast Feet Ladder Drills, Squats, and other Bodyweight Based Drills. Moving in around the activities, it was a great mix of fitness and technique, meaning the circuit didn’t become stale – as they often can.
Best suited for those with medium tennis and fitness ability. Don’t expect to become the next Murray, but great for honing your skills and basic strength and fitness alongside. I actually wish it had been longer, to encompass more tennis, as I was having such a great time!
