SweatCast | Natalie Goodchild,

On this week’s edition of the SweatCast we have on Natalie Goodchild. On this episode, you will learn about exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while dealing with a serious illness. Additionally, Natalie will show the benefits of taking a scientific approach to sport and talk about some supplements and the misconceptions around them. Natalie also adds:

For anyone else who has cystic fibrosis, I recommend trying out Pactster (www.pactster.com). They're an online gym for people with specific health conditions and have a lot of workouts and other content tailored to people with CF. It helps me to fill the gaps in my training programme: I do weights and cardio at the gym but then, at home, I follow the workouts on Pactster to ensure that I'm getting in yoga, pilates, core work and thoracic mobility exercises specific to my needs. I'm also about to film some new workouts with Pactster, so you'll soon be able to workout with me on the platform!
