October Sweat Forecast

October is fast approaching, and that means two things: one, you’re already too late to find a Halloween costume, and two, your October Sweat Forecast is here to help you plan all your fitness fun times for the month ahead. From animal-inspired parkour workouts to zombie-inspired running events, here’s your fix of sweat for October:

Sweat and Sound: Riding Dirty

GoSweat | Sweat and Sound

Sweat and Sound have a couple of events happening this month, but it’s the upcoming spin class on the 8th of October that has us intrigued. 45 minutes of sweaty spinning to some of London’s best Grime talent, with coffee shots on arrival and post-workout nutritional treats, all taking place in a stunning urban space in Tottenham. If it’s anything like this previous Sweat and Sound event pic taken by Hannah Miles, it looks like it’s going to be a workout to remember.
