His carboot is like Mary Poppins bag - crammed full of kit and goodies, ready to make you sweat. So you get to enjoy all the benefits of working out outdoors - e.g. the sun (when it shines), the grass, the fresh air, etc. You also get all the benefits of a functional gym - e.g. kettlebells, dumbbells, mats, etc.
