Kelly Brooks Yoga

Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kelly Brooks is a lovely, lovely yoga teacher who only runs a couple of sessions per week, but is immensely popular. After going to one of her classes I can understand why! Not only is here studio (and timetable) ridiculously well suited for commuters coming back via Clapham Junction. But her classes are highly personalised and relevant.

Each practice has a ‘topic’, such as love, which is woven throughout the moves and routines. You’re encouraged to open up your mind and dedicate your own practice to a specific event or feeling that is happening in your life. As well as gifting the practice to a loved one. So that when you’re struggling you can draw strength from the fact you’re doing it for them.

A truly beautiful practice by a truly wonderful woman.
