Are you looking for a new challenge to step up your fitness?

Francis House Children’s Hospice need participants for their latest fundraising event. Join STEPtember and complete 10,000 steps-a-day, every day for 30 days. Get involved, increase your fitness and raise money for Greater Manchester’s local children’s hospice.

Make this challenge work for you! Whether you walk your dog, swap the bus for a morning stroll, or dance around your kitchen, every step counts.

STEPtember Francis House

Why should you get involved?

Francis House, based in Didsbury Manchester, serves a wide geographical area including Stockport, Oldham, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester, Salford and Trafford.

They provide care for children, teenagers and young adults with life-limiting conditions. Francis House also offer support and friendship for the whole family. It is a home from home where parents can rest in a comfortable environment.

Events such as STEPtember help the local community get involved with fundraising for Francis House whilst having fun, and increasing their fitness.

How to register?

Nuffield Health is supporting STEPtember with a free 7-day pass (valid on 7 consecutive days during September) to their club in Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre. Once registered, participants will receive more information on how to redeem this. Nuffield also offer a complimentary ‘mini health check’ to all confirmed STEPtember registrants.
