Hub Performance offer small Group Training Sessions alongside their Personal Training and Rehab sessions. So as you’d expect their instructors are very thorough and keen to help you push yourself properly. They’ll give you the one-on-one attention you deserve, and ensure you’re doing the exercises right. This way you know you’re helping your body not only get fitter but work better.
The room and group are small so you get a real sense of community and companionship as you all work through the circuits laid out together. The instructors even put you in similar pairs, so you can help each other along/or compete against each other.
I’d definitely recommend Hub Performance if you’re new to fitness or just coming back to it after a break or injury.
