Free Fitness offers a variety of outdoor fitness classes, including Bootcamps, HIIT, Shred & Burn, Fightclub and Freerunner. It’s super cheap – just £40 for Unlimited Monthly sessions – and tends to be pretty popular. Plus, their timetable is very accommodating to the working folk, with classes starting as early as 6.15am!!
Despite the early start, I soon warmed up, as the instructor had us darting about the park, using the natural environment as our course. I sprinted back and forth between trees, bear crawled from bench to bench and spared with my friends. The hour flew by and I left not knowing quite what I had done, but certain I’d be feeling it the next day.
