I wish that they would know about the benefits and the progression that my workout includes, is a total body strength and conditioning but it also improves the cardiovascular system which is extremely important is also fun and enjoyable.
I transformed my life and my body and mind in the last few years, I feel stronger, healthier than ever and I get often asked what do I do, so I would like to share my knowledge and experience with people to help them reach their goals.
How much I can still learn from people and what a wonderful sense of community it can bring!
I feel I have a passion for it, and my method is strong, intense but with a sweet and fun element. Working hard is what I expect from everybody. Only doing that you will see the results.
I think it only works if you are ready for it. If you are enjoying it when you are practising and you feel regenerated afterwards. Consistency is the key and sometimes is hard work but once is done the feeling is amazing.
