Despite what the name suggests, British Military Fitness isn’t an intimidating, hard out screaming instructors – although there is camouflage!
They’ve taken the best bits they learnt in the military, on how to get fit, and made it fun and inclusive. They divide all class participants into three main ability groups: Blue for beginners, Red for intermediates and Green for advanced participants. There is always a good mix of each, so there is no shame in choosing whatever level you feel like for that day.
Most exercises are done in two’s or three’s, so you can guarantee even if you arrived alone, you’ll have made friends by the end. Plus you’ll have had a full body workout, as most of the exercises rely on body weight (whether it’s yours or your partners).
