What do you wish other people knew about Levitate London?

That we are a 100% Judgement free zone everyBODY is welcomed to come and join us for some heart-thumping and booty pumping fun!

What inspired you to start teaching?

The lack of diversity in the fitness industry. I used to work at Google as a digital marketing specialist - fitness helped me balance the stresses of working for a global corporation. However, I didn't feel like the activities were very inclusive - so I decided to BE the change!

What has surprised you most about teaching?

The number of amazing people I have met and how you really never know what anyone is going through until you talk to them. I always try my best to create a genuine bond with all of my students.

What's your personal philosophy on exercise?

That it should be easily accessible and done in a way that is FUN for you. Not just because you want a six-pack for your vacation to Marbella!

Owen is the self-confessed least active member of the GoSweat team. However, his enthusiasm to try new things has helped him discover a number of physical activities that he really enjoys. It won't be long before Owen is trying out for the Olympics - ok, that might be a bit of a stretch but one can dream!
